City Beauty Guide’s content is provided by users like you, and carefully vetted for its relevance to City Beauty Guide users. We shall endeavor to provide our users with information that is accurate and current.

City Beauty Guide’s Advisory Board is composed of leading experts in fields as diverse as media, entertainment, fashion, and publishing. No personal or personally identifiable information is gathered for this process.

We care about the safety of children. We won't knowingly allow anyone under 13 to provide any personally identifying information. 3. Survey Submission Policy -- Policy Effective Date: March 15, 2008
City Beauty Guide demands the completely honest gathering and compiling of ratings and reviews.

You agree to not use the City Beauty Guide site in order to:
- Submit or post false information or dishonest opinions;
- use deceptive or unfair practices in an attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews;
- impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a City Beauty Guide official, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

- intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law,

By submitting a survey to City Beauty Guide, you are agreeing that the following actions are unacceptable:

- distributing surveys other than the official City Beauty Guide Survey,
- offering incentives or rewards for people to answer a Survey in a particular way
- voting by business owners, employees or agents with respect to their own businesses.

- re-establishing an account on the Site after your account has been terminated
- defaming a third party
- selecting or using a Member ID or photo that violates someone's copyright or trademark rights
- using any automated means to access the site or collect any information from the site
- using emails tools (such as "Email this page") to send spam
- sharing your password with a third party
- publishing or using files or processes that pose a threat to the proper technical operation of the system or to the security of other users
- provide any content that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information
- customizing the Site in a way that adversely affects the display of any advertising or promotional links on the site
- modifying or creating variant versions of the Site’s logos or other trademarks
- illegal activity under the laws of New York and the United States
- speaking on behalf of the Site, describing yourself as a Site employee, affiliate or spokesperson for the Site.
- submitting or posting material containing profanity, vulgarity, hate speech or threats of violence
- including contact or personal information about another individual without their permission
- including any pornographic content (This includes any sexually explicit pictures.)
- harassing another user of the Site.

Any violation of this policy may result in the termination of a user’s account or removal of a business from City Beauty Guide’s products or services. Violating the City Beauty Guide policy may also lead to actionable legal claim under many states’ laws, including those in the State of New York.

All content on the Site and/or on e-mails distributed to you from City Beauty Guide, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images, and the selection and layout of such content is the exclusive property of City Beauty Guide or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You vouch that any material you submit does not violate, plagiarize or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark or proprietary rights. If non-original content is included in your posting, you must obtain permission from the content owner and attribute it.

8. Survey Content And Submissions
The reviews published on this Site are based on consumer opinion surveys, with ratings that provide the average scores given by all survey participants who voted on each business as well as text based on direct quotes from, or fair rephrasing of, participants' comments. BUSINESS PHONE NUMBERS, ADDRESSES, AND OTHER FACTUAL INFORMATION WERE CORRECT TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE WHEN PUBLISHED ON THIS SITE; ANY SUBSEQUENT CHANGES MAY NOT BE REFLECTED.

10. E-mail a Review & E-mail a List
If you choose to e-mail the official City Beauty Guide Survey or a review to a friend, we collect the friend's name and e-mail address. This information is used only to deliver the review to your friend and is not stored on our servers. If "a friend" decides that he/she will register with City Beauty Guide.com, he or she will be given the same rights of access as registered users of City Beauty Guide.com. The information that you submit for "a friend" will be used only for the use for which it is intended. Additionally, for "a friend" to register, he or she will have to follow City Beauty Guide.com's registration process and will be given the same option in regard to receiving marketing materials that City Beauty Guide.com offers to all registered users.

11. Consent and Opting-Out
Upon request, CityBeautyGuide.com will:
1. Remove your personal information from our database, thereby canceling your registration
2. Correct personal information that you advise is incorrect
3. Permit you to "opt out" of further e-mail contact (excepting notification from City Beauty Guide.com of major changes to the service) while still allowing access to the site
